Question One: Shall the Constitution be amended so as to abrogate and annul the twenty-sixth amendment adopted on the eighth day of September, in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four, relating to the manufacture and sale of intoxicating liquors?; Question Two: Shall the Constitution be amended as proposed by resolution of the Legislature providing that "Augusta is hereby declared to be the seat of government of this State?"; Question Three: Shall the Constitution be amended as proposed by solution of the Legislature providing that the towns having a population of forty thousand inhabitants or more, according to the last census taken by the United State, be permitted to create a debt or liability which single or in the aggregate equals seven and one-half per centum of its last regular valuation and that the increase in amount of dept be no greater that one-quarter of one per centum, over the present rate of five per sent. In any one year?; Question Four: "An act to provide for nomination of candidates of policatal parties by primary elections," whereby "all nominations of candidates for any State or County office, including United Sate Senator, Member of Congress and Member of State Legislature, shall hereafter be made at and by primary elections held in accordance with the provisions of this act."
