Affadavit against Captain Josiah R. Brady sent to Governor Israel Washburn, Jr. by 1st Lieutenant George Sherman and 2nd Lieutenant Nathan Walker, and witnessed by F[?] Miller, Justice of the Peace. The lieutenants describe insubordination, leaving the camp without permission, and other poor conduct by Brady. Brady would resign his post in 1862.
